• Products are provided as-is with the features and functionality described at the time of purchase
• We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice
• Lifetime updates are provided for purchased products, subject to our update policy
• Products may require compatible server software and configurations
• We do not guarantee that products will work with all server configurations or third-party modifications

Payment terms:

• All payments are processed securely through Tebex Limited, our payment processor
• Prices are displayed in the currency selected and are subject to change without notice
• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information
• You agree to promptly update your account and payment information, including email address and payment method
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud

Refund terms:

• Digital products are generally non-refundable after download unless the product is defective or does not match the description
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
• Refunds are handled by Tebex Limited, who manage product fulfilment, billing support and refunds
• To request a refund, contact our support team through Discord or email
• We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our refund criteria
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

When you purchase a product from BC Scripts, you receive a license to use that product subject to the following terms:

• Products are licensed for use on your FiveM server(s) only
• You may install and use the product on multiple servers that you own or operate
• Redistribution, resale, or sharing of products is strictly prohibited
• You may not modify products for redistribution or commercial purposes
• Personal modifications are allowed for your own use, but support may be limited for modified products
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our products
• Support is provided for original, unmodified products only
• Violation of these license terms may result in termination of your license and legal action

Support terms:

• Support is provided through our Discord server for all purchased products
• Premium support is available for all customers who have purchased products
• Response times may vary, but we aim to respond within 24-48 hours
• Support is provided for installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of products
• We do not provide support for custom modifications or third-party integrations unless specified
• Updates are provided for purchased products as they become available
• You are responsible for keeping your products updated to the latest version

Account terms:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• You may not use another person's account without permission

All content, products, and materials available on BC Scripts, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, are the property of BC Scripts or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BC Scripts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services or products
• Any conduct or content of third parties on our website
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or data
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our website
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or similar that may be transmitted through our website

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not warrant that the results obtained from the use of our services will be accurate or reliable.

We do not have affiliation with any real world brands. All products are fictional and intended for use in roleplay environments only.
